Exchange and Return Policy

 

Thank you for shopping at Fancy Folly.

 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and exchange it for another one, be it similar or not, provided the return & exchange meet the requirements stated in this policy.

 

The sections of our Exchange & Return Policy address the following:

Section 1- Time Limit

 

You have 7 calendar days to return an item to us from the date you received it. This is applicable for items that are eligible for Return and Refund (Section 3) and for items that you wish to exchange.

 

 

Section 2- Eligibility for “Return & Exchange”

 

For an item to be eligible for a Return & Exchange, it must be:

1- In a new, unused condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer, and in exactly the same condition as you received it.

2- Your item must be in the original packaging with all tags and wrappings included.

3- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase included in the package.

 

 

Section 3- Return & Refund

 

We refund the amount of your purchase only if the item you purchased is defected. The following will be deducted from the refund:

1- Shipping fees

2- Credit Card transaction commission fees, amounting to 3.27% of the total ( Item price + shipping fees).

 

Upon receiving your item, we will:

 

1- Notify you that we have received your returned item.

2- Inspect your returned item and approve its eligibility for refund.

3- Notify you on the status of your refund.

4- Initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) if your return is approved. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on  your card issuer's policy.

 

 

Section 4- Exchange or Return Shipping fees

 

1- Shipping costs that we pay to send you our products are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

2- You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item.

 

 

Section 5- Products Purchased As Gifts

 

A gifts can be exchanged or returned provided it does not fall under the category of “Items not eligible for Exchange or Return” described in “Section 6” of this Exchange and Return Policy, and provided the exchanged or returned gift meets the conditions stated in Sections 1, Section 2, and Section 3 of the Exchange and Return Policy.

 

Returning a gift:

We accept Returns and Refund on orders purchased as a gift only if the purchased item is defected.

If the original customer (purchaser) is returning the gift, we will apply the refund or any financial adjustment made on the order to the original source of payment only.

 

If the gift recipient is returning the gift, we will issue a Gift Certificate (Voucher) valid for use within 2 months.

 

 

Section 6- Items Not Eligible For Exchange Or Return

 

Due to their nature, some products are not eligible for exchange or return. These products are:

 

1- Personalized products

2- Customized products

3- Chocolates

4- Products that were purchased at discounted price

5- Products returned to us without observance of the requirements mentioned in Sections 1 & 2 of this policy.

 

 

Section 7- How To Return Or Exchange Your Item

 

To return or exchange an item:

 

1- Make sure that the item you want to return or exchange meets the conditions stated in this Exchange & Return policy ( especially sections 1, 2, 3 & 6)
